Proposals for lunch:
Lunch recipes are for 5 portions (to be split in order to reach all the diet). Each meal will be served cheese and nuts 250 g boiled potatoes.
The recipe I
875 g cottage cheese (low-fat) mixed with 300 g sour cream (10% fat) and 5 tablespoons water me-ral. 2 onions are cleaned, cut finely. 1.250 g cottage cheese (low-fat), 150 ml milk, 2 bunches of greens of your choice (parsley, dill, basil). All are mixed, after which the salt and pepper. A portion (including boiled potatoes 250 g) contains 350 calories, 8 g fat, 42 g carbohydrates, 39 g protein.
Extra: fresh herbs provide the body vital substances stimulate fat burning and improve digestion.
Recipe III
875 g cottage cheese (low-fat) mixed with mineral water 5 tablespoons chopped 3 onions. Salt and pepper for each portion separately (175 g) put one tablespoon of olive oil.
